From a time standpoint, Jesus had yet to be conceived in the womb. It would be wrong however to say that Jesus didn’t exist prior to that moment.
John tells us the the logos existed from eternity. The trinity always was. The incarnation was God becoming man.

You have a unique perspective. But theologically there are Truths you have to accept.

Her was God, bro. Simply stated he was God. It’s that simple. That was a very simple question

No plans from this guy to move away from the Church Christ founded or the truths taught regarding. 👍

I’ve already seen atheists blowing this up on social media.

They say that if man is exterminated then God is dead…and they cannot wait.

SICK.

If this statement were made by anyone else, I wonder how many people would be rushing to explain how it can be possible.
Perhaps many people would not. However, the fact the Pope said this should be something that Catholics, in particular, try to understand, while giving the Pope the benefit that he knows what he is talking about.

Jesus Christ is God and man both so at this point the nature of God and man are inextricably linked. Not a big stretch to see that.
That’s right.

And Our Lady is the Spouse of the Holy Spirit and the Mother of God and the Immaculate Conception as perfect Daughter of Israel.

“Inextricably” infused.

You know, that’s a good way to say it. “At this point”. It’s completely accurate

I reckon because God existed in eternity before He decided to create man and then link Himself to man.

God didn’t have to create man. He didn’t have to link himself to man. He did it for reasons that only God knows, fully.
God created the universe in one go.

But yes, we can say that God was in existence before time was created.

And that He desired a family.

Because it’s specifies from the incarnation forward. Jesus and man will always share that now.
Sure.

However, the Church was already in the Mind of God when He spoke the Word and Creation came into being. And God, when He spoke the Word, spoke the Word that was to be made Flesh, in time, and so, would have Willed an Immaculate Mother also, from that time onward, from whom the Son of God could be born, to reconcile Israel with her Maker.

He was a being who intended man from all eternity. He doesn’t come up with “new stuff” because He is complete and perfect in Himself. His thoughts are His acts.
Nice.

Although, He IS a being Who intends man from all eternity.

And the saints that are with Him now will be resurrected. It’s impossible to separate what God has joined together.

Perhaps it’s because a supreme being, God, can’t be supreme if only he exists ?

Who’s he supreme to if no lesser beings exist ?
