Most Merciful Jesus,
lover of souls,
I pray You,
by the agony of Your most Sacred Heart,
and by the sorrows of Your Immaculate Mother,
to wash in Your Most Precious Blood,
the sinners of the world who are now in their agony,
and who will die today.

Heart of Jesus,
once in agony,
have mercy on the dying.
Amen.

Thank you so much for your beautiful prayer.

My Godmother Therese is still with us, but she is failing fast; all in God’s timing!
We just thank God she is comfortable and at peace; answered prayers for sure!
I will remember you in my prayers.

Eternal Father have mercy on us and on the whole world.

I am praying for the intercession of Fr. Seelos, Mother Theresa, St. Therese, St. Teresa de Jesus, St. Francis, John Paul II, St. Joseph, and St. Jude.
 
I’ll pray for your Grandma. Pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet to her. Here’s a quote from a Divine Mercy book:
“When this chaplet is said at the bedside of a dying person, God’s anger is placated, and unfathomable mercy envelops the soul, and the very depth of My tender mercy will be moved for the sake of the sorrowful Passion of My Son (811).”

She has one foot in Heaven and one on earth at this hour.
The Lord will take her in His perfect timing.
We are so grateful she is at peace!

Yes, this is most important. Do pray The Chaplet of Divine Mercy at her bedside. Most, most important. And do make sure a priest visits her with The sacrament of the sick and the Eucharist.

Thank you Deacon; those things were all done.
Your prayers and the Lord’s mercy assured my Godmother Therese of a peaceful death, and we are so grateful!
She went to be with the Lord at 6:15am (est) this morning.
Please pray for my Mother Irene, and my cousins in their grief.
May God bless you for your spiritual works of mercy +

Care for her throughout eternity, O Lord, as only You desire to do. As she rests with you at this hour, after receiving forgiveness of her sin through anointing, our prayers can benefit her no longer, as she has been perfected. We praise Your Holy Name! Turn Your loving Eyes now to those she left here on earth. Take them under Your Wing, gracious Father, and comfort them in their sorrow. Gently remind them that their loved one is shedding tears of joy, which will never end! Renew their faith, and build up their trust, strengthening them to resume their lives free of grief, and filled with hope in You. We ask this through Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!

Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her,. May her soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen
