Dear Teresa
Warmest love to you. I am so sorry your husband has been so cruel and hurt you so much. You are in all our thoughts and prayers.
I have had panic attacks and anxiety for many years of my life but thankfully I have not been suffering them for years now. I do understand how completely out of control your life is feeling.
I agree you should move back to your home, your husband has no right to ‘make’ you move out. If he is not happy he can move out.It is your home and you have every right to live there. If he becomes violent call the police. Get some money from the bank aswell it is your money aswell as his.You need to feel safe and then you can try to feel stronger and more in control of your life. Can you get to see your doctor and tell him/her what is happening in your life and get support? Can you call a priest to talk on the phone about what has happened. I hope your priest will visit you and help you to know what to do.
Remember you are a wonderful person who is loved dearly by God Our Father. You are precious to Him as each one of us are. Your husband is behaving badly and I pray Our Lord will guide him to not be so cruel to you.
God bless you
Dear Lord please help Teresa.Grant her strength and help her to overcome her anxiety and panic attacks. Please guide her to know what to do and how to handle all the hurtful behaviour of her husband. Please guide her husband to open his heart and mind to Your will and that he will not continue to hurt his wife.Thankyou Lord for hearing our prayers Amen
Eternal God , in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhastible ,
look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us ,
that in difficult moments we might not despair
nor become despondent , but with great confidence ,
submit ourselves to Your Holy Will ,
which is love and mercy itself . Amen
Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen
