Find out who they are, round them up, convict them, and send them to prison (preferably in a prison built in the most remote part of Alaska) for the rest of their life.

And while your at it. Seize all the assets of the NYT,

It depends on what the information is. Not all classified information is of equal value.

The classified information in this case is the fact that the Bush Administration has been monitoring the communications of American citizens without bothering to clear those activities with the FISA court as required under the federal FISA statute.

Under the circumstances, I think it is vital that this information be suppressed. It wouldn’t do for Americans to get the idea that their government might not be entirely trustworthy. Who knows where that might lead!

Not true. the U.S. Government has been listening to all forms of communication for over 50 years and there is no FISA clearance required. When the actions advance to physical searches there is a requirement for FISA approval after the fact, but not for eavesdropping.

If anyone from the Bush Administration leaks classified information should they be jailed?

The punishment for the leaking of classified information can be a prison sentence. Again, it depends on the situation.
