My granddaughter is having her spine fused today, from T1 to L2

Lord, that the surgery will be perfectly performed,
that the pain will be reduced that her months of recovery will go well,
that she will still be able to live a full healthy pain-free life.
Mother Mary please pray for her and her parents.

Hail Mary
Full of Grace
the Lord is with thee
Blessed art thou among women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb
JESUS

Holy Mary
Mother of God
pray for us sinners
now
and at the hour of our death
amen

I pray that God makes this operation go smoothly, without complications. Amen.

Thank you @drac16 and @patricius79
God bless you both, in your needs

Praying our Lord watch over your granddaughter and the healthcare team. May her recovery be as smooth as possible.

Lord, look upon her with eyes of mercy, may Your healing hand rest upon her, may Your lifegiving powers flow into every cell of her body and into the depths of her soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring her to wholeness and strength for service in Your Kingdom.
Amen.

Praying for her to have a successful procedure, that the recovery will be quick and that she will benefit from the procedure.

My granddaughter is through four of the seven hours of surgery.

She is a good, generous hearted person, a delight to everyon’s heart.
Look kindly on her and please continue to guide the surgeon’s hands, and bless him and those who are supporting him during the operation.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from

the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Trishie’s Granddaughter). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by

speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.

You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from

the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Trishie’s Granddaughter’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Thank you @pollylodges and @Mtatum1958

She is out of surgery, and much relief that she hasn’t lost function to arms and legs, which was a possibility.

Lord thank You for the members who have prayed. Please bless them in all their needs and in the needs of their loved ones.

Thank You for good surgery,
and please now ease the pain that will follow such a long incision and invasive surgery,
and please help her to do well during the months of recovery and in the years that follow.

Please restore her parents as they recover from the trauma of this surgery needed by their daughter, and strengthen them as they help her throughout her recovery.

I missed this thread, my apologies … my prayers for her recovery … glad to hear she is doing well.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world. x10

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Thank you Katherine.
God bless you for your faithful prayerfulness.

You yourself remain in my prayer for your health. Xo

For a complete recovery, without complications, and for the pain to be controlled well.

Father in Heaven, Creator of all and source of all goodness and love, please look kindly upon this family and receive our heartfelt gratitude in this time of giving thanks.

Prayers for a complete recovery from her surgery and complete success in her healing and physical therapy.

(No news yet as to how she slept as I woke early to an alarm not a text, warning heart below 40 bpm for ten minutes, improvement on yesterday when it was irregular and very high all day. I try to reprogram it to behave normally but it has a mind of its own, with little regard to medication. My fear is eventual, if not sooner, dementia as the condition creates a higher risk and I’m tired and vaguer more often now.)

@Katherine @Convert3, @patricius79 @Mtatum1958: thank you, too.
I’m remembering the past shared posts of all who have prayed on this prayer request for my granddaughter, about your health or your loved ones health struggles, and your personal concerns, continuing and past. And so am praying for you all too.
