hi i just need to know if these are grave.
first off all i am just a worker at wrok and not a manager.
first thing is i wrote fasly on a tempreture book at work because no body wrote down the 9am heat check at work and we can not leave it blank. i went and told my manager and she said thats OK i’m not going to shoot you. I know i did worng but she would of gotten into trouble and including the rest of the staff and i am one of them.
also
i checked another temp at 1pm and the product we usualy temp was 55C under the actual temp. It should be 60C so i temped soething else which gave me the right temp. it doesn’t say which to check just to check. however rules say that we must get rid of them right away if under a certen temp. i told my boss that it was temping under what it should be but she didn’t say to get rid of them or anything. she just said keep an eye out for the case but i went home in 5 or 10 min.
i know what is right and wrong would this be considered grave matter or just venial
