Great News About My Aunt

I’m sorry I forgot to post this earlier. My aunt, as you may remember, collapsed with apparent cardiac arrest and was in a coma. Well, that was a few months ago.

My aunt is now out of the hospital, and doing very well! She has a pacemaker, but it looks like she won’t need a heart transplant at all. She just finished cardiac rehabilitation, and is building her strength, walking for 20 minutes a day. She didn’t suffer any brain damage.

Thanks to everyone for your prayers! The doctors are calling her recovery “miraculous.”

Lord, You are a merciful and loving God! For you have taken compassion upon Lucy’s aunt even when we were asleep! You have sent Heavenly healing, and have heard the prayers of, not only the faithful, but of the Angels and Saints. We continue to lift her up to you, Who bring unfathomable good out of every terror, every evil, every sorrow. You alone have commanded healing within her heart and have renewed her spirit! You alone have sent loving, caring medical personnel who reflect Your immense love. We love you. We thank You. We praise Your Holy Name, Heavenly Father, through Christ, our Lord, by the working of the Holy Spirit. Amen! Alleluia!
