Here are some other resources you might find helpful:
“How to Start Your Own Garage Schola”
ceciliaschola.org/pdf/garage.pdf
“An Idiot’s Guide to Square Notes”
ceciliaschola.org/pdf/squarenotes.pdf
Also, Corpus Christi Watershed has undertaken an amazing project in posting PDFs of all of the propers (the chants that the Church has assigned for every Mass - these are different for each Sunday / feast day), along with mp3 audio recordings and/or youtube videos of them, and often additionally organ accompaniments. I direct a (very) small schola for our Sunday EF Mass, and I don’t know what I would do without these resources:
Here the link for Ordinary Form:
isaacjogues.org/chants/
and for Extraordinary Form:
renegoupil.org/
Here is a link to various chant settings of the ordinary:
antoinedanielmass.org/kyriale/
I would also strongly recommend heading over to the MusicaSacra forums - tons of helpful information and friendly people there who can answer just about any question you have. There are many people who have been (or still are) in your shoes. A valuable insight into the practical realities of being a parish musician!
musicasacra.com/forum/
Finally, I would second the suggestion to attend the Colloquium musicasacra.com/colloquium/
or at least a Chant Intensive: (last one was in January, not sure when the next one will be)
musicasacra.com/houston/
Hope this helps!
