Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning is now ever shall be world without end
Amen.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Sunny, thank you for joining us in this prayer community. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you find peace with us. :grouphug:

**Prayer for the Grieving **

Father of all mercies and God of consolation, You love us eternally and transform the shadows of death into the dawn of life. Look upon Sunny’s grief; be her refuge and comfort so that her sadness and sorrow may turn into the light and peace of Your Presence. In dying, Your Son destroyed death; in rising, He restored life. Grant that at the end of her earthly pilgrimage we may be found in His company with her husband and her family. There, You shall wipe away every tear. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Dear Sunny, Moving forward is hard. You may feel like you take one step forward and two steps back. Gradually, the days of moving backward will become farther apart and you will move on. Look for happiness in the little things each day brings. You may remember something your husband said/did that makes you smile, take a walk and look at the beauty of the world around you. Search out those things that make you happy. I found the house seemed so empty, I got a pet. Watching my kitten play, helped me realize there was something else to take my mind off my loss. Remember to spend time with God and ask the Holy Spirit to heal your heart. You will be surprised, one day you will wake up without that deep ache inside and you will be able to move on. Also, moving on doesn’t mean forgetting, missing him or being sad on occasion… it just means you start living YOUR life again. Just put one foot in front of the other, so to speak, and you will get there!! Blessings to you! K
