He hasn’t given a concession speech, that is considered conceding in the States. Nothing in the law or Constitution though about having to concede. Without a concession though usually hidden parts of the election process can be ripped open and used to decide the election in an unprecedented way, example a race could be headed for a result decided by the courts or by obscure parts of the law.

This is as close to a concession as we’ll get from him, so cause for celebration.
 
Don’t forget the advice Hillary gave Biden before the election: “Under no circumstances should Joe Biden concede the election…because I think this is going to drag out and, eventually, I do believe he will win if we don’t give an inch…” The Dems wouldn’t concede in Rep place.

Not to rain on anyone’s parade but I’ll consider it a concession when he announces that he or Ivanka or Junior will be a candidate for 2024.
 
He didn’t concede. He probably never will. i don’t really care as long as he gets to steppin’ on January 20th!

What happened was that Katie Porter was going to make mincemeat of Emily Murphy when she testified before the House. She didn’t want that heat!
