The priest included mention of this one during his All Saints Day homily. Therefore, I guess…hmmm…it’s in Rome, I remember that…Pentecostal?

Ugh! That is awful. 🥺
I think that Church is in the Town of Bedrock?

Sort of. The cat also reminds me of a high school friend who was Irish Protestant. He wore an orange t-shirt on St. Patrick’s day, and the English teacher made him stand in the hallway.
(the subject of the class was Irish writers and poets)

I find it a little disquieting, as a Catholic, that human remains are used as decorations.

I mean, I get the whole idea that it’s a Catholic Church, etc. but…it doesn’t sit well with me.

So you . . . mislead many people to make a point that was not in fact true about this church. There is a beautiful crucifix there. It does not matter that it is off center.

Thank you @PaladinSword for putting an end. . . . to this

Aren’t they relics?
Ordinarily human remains are to be treated with respect to the person. Would you ask living persons to use their bodies, living or dead, to build a church or an altar? I think not.

Similarly I don’t understand the keeping of bodily relics of saints. It amounts to treating the person as an object.
