Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
†
Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle
God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal Dmitri77. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Dmitri77’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

PRAYER IN HONOUR OF
ST. DYMPHNA
Lord, our God,
you graciously chose St. Dymphna
as patroness of those afflicted with mental
and nervous disorders.
She is thus an inspiration
and a symbol of charity
to the thousands who ask her intercession.
Please grant, Lord,
through the prayers of this pure youthful martyr,
relief and consolation to all suffering such trials,
and especially those for Dmitri.
We beg You, Lord,
to hear the prayers of St. Dymphna on our behalf.
Grant all those for whom we pray
patience in their sufferings
and resignation to Your divine will.
Please fill them with hope,
and grant them the relief and cure they so much desire.
We ask this through Christ our Lord
Who suffered agony in the garden.
Amen.

**Prayers According to the Hours of the Day and Night

1:00 O Lord, deprive me not of Thy heavenly blessings.
2:00 O Lord, deliver me from eternal torment.
3:00 O Lord, if I have sinned in my mind or thought, in word or deed, forgive me.
4:00 O Lord, deliver me from every ignorance and heedlessness, from pettiness of soul and stony hardness of heart.
5:00 O Lord, deliver me from every temptation.
6:00 O Lord, enlighten my heart darkened by evil desires.
7:00 O Lord, I, being a human being, have sinned; do Thou, being God, forgive me in Thy loving-kindness, for Thou knowest the weakness of my soul.
8:00 O Lord, send down Thy grace to help me, that I may glorify Thy holy Name.
9:00 O Lord Jesus Christ, inscribe me, Thy servant, in the Book of Life and grant me a blessed end.
10:00 O Lord my God, even if I have done nothing good in Thy sight, yet grant me, according to Thy grace, that I may make a start in doing good.
11:00 O Lord, sprinkle on my heart the dew of Thy grace.
12:00 O Lord of heaven and earth, remember me, Thy sinful servant, cold of heart and impure, in Thy Kingdom.
13:00 O Lord, receive me in repentance.
14:00 O Lord, leave me not.
15:00 O Lord, save me from temptation.
16:00 O Lord, grant me pure thoughts.
17:00 O Lord, grant me tears of repentance, remembrance of death, and the sense of peace.
18:00 O Lord, grant me mindfulness to confess my sins.
19:00 O Lord, grant me humility, charity, and obedience.
20:00 O Lord, grant me tolerance, magnanimity, and gentleness.
21:00 O Lord, implant in me the root of all blessings: the fear of Thee in my heart.
22:00 O Lord, vouchsafe that I may love Thee with all my heart and soul, and that I may obey in all things Thy will.
23:00 O Lord, shield me from evil persons and devils and passions and all other lawless matters.
24:00 O Lord, Who knowest Thy creation and that which Thou hast willed for it; may Thy will also be fulfilled in me, a sinner, for Thou art blessed forevermore. Amen.

Prayer for the Mentally Ill
Loving God, you are always near to us, especially when we are weak,
suffering and vulnerable. Reach out to those who experience mental illness.
Lift their burdens, calm their anxiety, and quiet their fears. Surround them
with your healing presence that they may know that they are not alone.
We ask this through the intercession of Our Lady of Lourdes
and in the name of your Son, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, now and forever. Amen.
