Why did God create the dinosaurs if they served no purpose other than to be wiped out?

Job creation? Think of all the folks paid to dig up old bones, display them, write theories, present theories as facts and debunk each other’s work. Then there are the authors, film makers, special effects folks, actors etc. all getting work from the existence of dinosaurs. Quite an effective job creation scheme.

Just a thought.

1. These sources are by groups with an agenda other than objective science. I’d trust them as much as I’d trust “feminist geography.”
2. Most of the sources are from the 70s-90s. Science advances pretty rapidly.

A lot of these sources are books. Without those books, I cannot evaluate them more thoroughly.
