They can get a Dispensation from their Confessor to miss Mass on Sundays, if it is impossible to get there due to their work schedule. But, I do wonder, what about those poor Catholics who really have no choice? Work Sundays or get fired and try to find another job?
Unless it is a Holy Day of Obligation outside of Sunday, it’s not required to attend Daily Mass (although if a person can do so without compromising their family and personal responsibilities, it’s a source of grace to do so) - so it’ll be okay, most of the time. On Holy Days of Obligation, you can either get a Dispensation to miss it from your Confessor, or make a deal with a co-worker to cover your time while you’re away at Mass on those days. Obviously, you would then do something in return for your co-worker.Getting up for the 8 AM mass Mondays through Saturdays will be a problem.
