Has church attendance mass opened up in your area?

No. But there is plenty of opportunity for Mass participation, and spiritual communion.

I have made it a habit of watching Mass on TV from a different parish that offers it each week.

No, but we do have twice daily confessions and the Church is open for anyone to pray in it. People asked my priest about slipping in to the private rectory Mass but he said he wouldnt do it.

I think he had COVID19 so I am hesitant to go to confession or the Church to pray before the tabernacle, but I’ll have to risk it

(this is all fssp)

Not yet. I suspect we may see some changes in May, as the civil authorities have started to talk about easing restrictions. Until then, it’s the locally-televised Mass or one of several livestream Masses. I’m hearing far more homilies than I ever did before with all the livestream opportunities out there.

In most places the government has still banned attending religious services. When the power of the government allows the worship it can resume.

To be fair, state governments have banned large gatherings in general, not just religious services. It’s not like anyone said, “sporting events with 30k people are cool, but not religious services.”

Mass hasn’t. We can “attend church” to pray pretty much every day though, during certain hours when a Mass is not going on, and we have confessions every week. I plan to go to confession again tomorrow.

Everything else around here except grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants that do carryout/ delivery is also closed. Some of the restaurants don’t even let you come in to pick up an order any more, you have to get it through a window or they bring it out the front door to you.

Same. Churches are open for private worship, and confessions are still offered, but no public Mass.

It depends on the state of course. In my state In just the last week I’ve been to a grocery store with a few hundred people. Home depot with a few hundred people and dogs. The gun store with about 30 people. Etc. but no Mass. above the bishops who all have closed mass the government has authority to prohibit religious observances. As it should. Hopefully some dangerous religious groups will now have the precedence to be shut down.

We’re still waiting to hear from the bishops what will and won’t be allowed once the current lockdown is lifted. The government has said that weddings and funerals will be allowed provided no more than 10 people are in attendance (not sure if that includes the deceased) but what else that allows for is still up in the air. Still, it’s likely that masses won’t resume in any form (other than online) for at least another couple of weeks - maybe more.

This state has exempted worship services, but our Bishop has suspended public Mass until it is safe. Fine by me, as there is just no way to go to Mass with social-distance in force.

That’s why I went to daily Mass before. Something in me knew the Eucharistic Body would not always be available.

Nope and all Churches are closed to the public. We do streaming Masses and one parishoner is able to attend to do the reading.

No Masses, no confessions, no opening of churches for private prayer. I am downloading the Traditional Latin Mass, live-streamed if possible, recorded if necessary.
