The strange thing is that I’m not even Catholic, and yet I’ve had some very weird visions connected with the Virgin Mary.

One of them was a dream I had after a pretty terrible day where I felt so miserable I actually wanted to die. I don’t remember anything of the dream other than being in a huge church-type building surrounded by icons, mosaics and an altar, and stood in front of it surrounded by roses was the Blessed Virgin herself, dressed in blue, white and gold with the infant Jesus in Her arms, cradled in a white and gold robe. It was so vivid it was almost like seeing someone in real life.

I seem to remember feeling both relieved and extremely hopeful.

Can you remember what she looked like “facially”? I ask only because my late great-grandmother and her husband had a vision of the Virgin Mary.

That is a fascinating dream though! 👍

no she never appeared to me… but i have seen Jesus in a dream where we are in beautiful garden and i ever listen to her voice…i was praying a rosary and have a trouble in my mind then suddenly a very beautiful gentle loving voice come and speak to me,it was the kind of voice that you can never never never never find in this whole world. it took me awhile to digest what happen because i feel as if i just died for a moment.trust me i wish at that moment,i do not ever want to come back to my body,i wish she could take me to heaven, this had happen twice so far and within a short period.i love her and she had a special place in my heart.
what i can tell you when i hear her voice i feel like my attention is diverted to her voice…
God bless you:)

Bob Crowley you mentioned:
"She looked daggers at my father, who looked at me. His face was utterly demonic. Her face was accusing at him. " And she had been a staunch catholic. The fact that the
priest wasn’t called might make some sense of this.

One time someone mentioned a person in the hospital who could die at any moment.
And their death might have occurred earlier, nobody knew why they hadn’t died earlier and
seemed to be hanging on. I asked if a priest had been up to see them in the hospital. And they said no. Well I said why not? That is probably why they are hanging on. So the priest came, and shortly later they died. Good end of story.

I was studying in a cubicle at college then lifted my head up and looked out the library window at the cold and dreary rainy afternoon sky. I suddenly remembered that the Pilgrim Statue of Our Lady of Fatima was in visitation at a nearby local church,my parish church when I was in grade school. I realized it was late but thought that if I left I could make a proper visit of homage to her.I got up and walked the mile towards where I thought the church was --it had been years since I last crossed its threshold -I arrived wet and tired but eager to make my visit. There was no sign of activity in the parking areas,I thought the church locked-it looked so alone in the gloomy atmosphere.I walked up to what I thought was a locked door opened it and went into a dim lit church but for the votive candles and the occassional lamp. There I saw the statue of Our Lady -not what I was expecting- but I went up to her and kneeled made my brief homage and said -‘Dear Mother I love you but I will visit you later. Your Son is here and I must go adore him’. Now this was the first time I had been in this church since childhood -Jesus first spoke to me from the Blessed Sacrament here when I was young so I was eager to visit Him to renew the local past memories.I made my obeisance to Our Lord and greeted him here anew. After a time I looked towards the statue of Our Lady and she was no longer a statue but now alive enveloped in a radiating warm light and her head turned towards me.If the altar is in the middle then facing the people she was on its right side altar whereas I was on the left altar with Jesus.I looked at her and she bowed her head to me.I stared hard but she bowed her head again and this time she said ’ My son I am so happy you have come to visit me and pay me homage’…Again she bowed with an impossibly ecstatic joyous warm love embracing smile and gaze. I thought I was imagining it all so as I was staring at her I was absolutley pinching my forearm brutally to snap out of it but then she said again ’ I want you to know that I have always loved you and I thank you for coming to see me.’ At this I said ’ Mother I love you and I thank you but I will visit you after I have adored your Son.’.I continued praying-- now the rosary —in front of the Holy Sacrament but throughout my prayer Our Lady continued to look at me and smile bowing one last time before I finished my visit with Jesus. After my prayer I returned to her but she was no longer alive but now the beautiful statue.I closely examined the statue and realized it was of remarkable beauty particularly the face of Our Lady impossibly expressive more then when I recollected when I first walked in but not the warm living radiant flesh I saw in adoration prayer. Now through this whole time no one else was in the church but after my proper visit and reverance for Our Lady I heard a noise in the back of the church-a modern day narthex if you will. I went out and discovered the attendant friar to Our Lady.He gave me a Brown Scapular of Carmel which I have renewed often and have worn to this day. This is the most spectacular of my encounters with Our Lady. The others are dreams, or actual recognition of her presence which are too many and varied to state.Sometime ago I told Our Lord and Lady that it will never be necessary for them to manifest themselves to me- I know they are with me always. I hope you develope a deep and faithful devotion and dependancy on Our Lady.

What a beautiful, inspirational story! How loved you are by Our Lord and Our Lady. Just think how wonderful your meeting will be when you are called home. Thank you for sharing it.

One night when I felt utterly alone in the world a woman appeared to me, 'twas clothed in the finest pure white robe with elegant golden trim and seemed to radiate sunshine, she had a crown of twelve stars upon her head and the Moon at her feet, she was an enthralling site, I was enrapt with her beauty, then a wave of calm passed over me and I felt loved.

My 4 year old daughter told me yesterday that she saw Mary in Heaven and Mary’s heart was outside her body.

I have never talked to my daughter about Mary’s Immaculate Heart. It was wierd and my daughter talked about it as a matter of fact and that it happened to her when she was awake. I asked her if it was a dream and she seemed confused.

She said that there was a light all around Mary and that Mary was smiling at my daughter.

strange…good strange…

Wow! That’s beautiful. I believe that young children are more open to receiving visits from the Lord and Mary than adults are. I would definitely take that seriously, especially from someone so young.

ratsaj This is such an amazing and moving story. I don’t mean to be rude or off but your story reminds me of the movie “The Miracle”

Serap How beautiful that your daughter has been blessed with a visit from Our Lady. I was just a child when I saw Our Blessed Mother in a dream.

Dakota Roberts Even in our lonliness Our Blessed Mother appears.

God bless you for sharing these remarkable and beautiful stories.

Blessed Mother Pray for us all. Amen.

No, but when I’m praying the rosary I always feel her presence. (:
It calms me and helps me get through the day and at night to sleep peacefully.

I have never seen an apparition, however, there is one incident that sticks out in my mind more than anything that ever happened to me.

Each morning, before work, usually around 5am, I spend an hour reading the Bible, and then starting my daily rosary. It was a Tuesday, and I was sitting there peacefully meditating upon the agony in the garden. I felt someone rubbing the back of my head lightly, kind of like stroking my hair etc. I thought my wife had awoken and snuck in on me. When I finished a prayer, I turned around to find no one there. My wife, and kids, still tucked in and fast asleep.

I realize this was probably something other than a visit from anyone; a breeze from the window, my imagination during a deep meditation, but still, I remember it vividly, and it is a few years ago. It did not in any way make me feel anxious, nervous, or afraid. In fact, it was quite calming and peaceful, and frankly, came at a time when my wife had been going through some very serious medical procedures. I like to think that it was an assurance that things are, and are going to be, OK. 🙂

A beautiful story! Trust your instincts. The fact that you did not feel anxious convinces me that someone unseen had indeed visited you from heaven. I have had a few experiences where I wondered about a heavenly visitor, too. There is always that peaceful, loving feeling afterward.

Aww…That’s so sweet… God bless her.

Mary never appeared to me in Her physical form like how She did at Fatima but Her constant replies to my prayers and never abandoning me proved beyond a doubt that She loves me.

I have had two experiences with the Blessed Mother.

The first experience was quite some years ago. My step son was distraught about college costs. I hugged him and told him we will work it out somehow. Not to worry. He was almost crying and so inconsolable.
I went to my room and got out a picture of the Blessed Mother. I prayed to her to help us.
It was a picture of her statue with tears on her cheeks.
After my prayer, I opened my bedroom door. I came out and then I returned to my room for something. The whole room smelled of Roses. Beautiful smell of Roses.

The second experience was a dream. I knew my father was quite ill some thousand miles away, and I knew I wouldn’t be there when he had to pass. I was quite concerned about him. More so because I couldn’t know when he would die, if I did maybe get there?
I had a dream one night, three days before he died. I saw this cemetary, a small road and then I see a woman all in white standing there facing east. I approached her, but suddenly stopped. I just knew that I must not go any further. She is pure…and you must not approach. So I was about three steps back. Her dress was so clean and bright white, with a special embroidered design. Her head was covered, she had a petite face, dark hair and perfect complexion. Such tiny features. She was then saying something to me, and pointing to the ground. There she said, and pointed to a small hill with a few tree’s in the backround. What she was saying was causing me to be hysterical. I started to run away.

Three days later at 3:00 pm, my father passed away on a friday. My husband would not accompany me, he said he had to attend to my son who was going to college that weekend. (move him in) so I left alone. My heavenly Mother attended to me throughout.
The shuttle took me straight to the funeral home, where all were gathered. Yet I was still in such shock. When we got to the burial, there on the knoll with tree’s in the backround, facing east, my fathers casket was lowered into the ground. My heavenly Mother was telling me my Father was going to die. If only I could have comprehended her words, I might have left sooner. Our Mother loves us so. thank you for the opportunity to answer this question. I haven’t spoken of this in ten years.

The most I ever felt or having been fully aware of a amiable supernatural presence in my life other than God (Jesus) in the Holy Eucharist is my Guardian Angel who brought me comforting consolation and a profound sense of being loved by God. Such moments have also been at the most lowest times of my life. But for some unknown reason I was confident in my assurance that it was my Guardian Angel.

I try to make the effort to always remember my Guardian Angel even if that means talking to my Angel of God to take my Spiritual pleas to the Throne of God.
We have our Guardian Angel with us our entire life every nano-second. Why not take the time to converse, pray and remember the Angel God chose for our life at the very moment of our conception in our mothers womb.

Not in dreams or in real life. Which suits me better. I find supernatural things scary.

I’m not really sure if I would be scared or find this scary…When I dreamt of Our Lady (at least I think it was) I had an over-whelming sense of peace and love…I think I would be more scared to see the Devil or/and Demons and I know this may sound rather silly but I always ask St. Teresa of Avila to give me strength to tell the Devil off like she did.

I’ve also read (I think on CAF actually) that when the Shepherd Children first saw Our Lady of Fatima they were frightened than calmed down and from what I understand St. Bernadette put Holy Water where she saw Our Lady of Lourdes. <—I do apologize if I am incorrect.

God bless,
