Has the ACLU made any sort of statement regarding Friday's HHS announcement?

Title of thread says it all. I haven’t heard anything on EWTN Radio regarding it. If there’s ever a threat to religious liberty it’s the very narrowly defined religious conscience. All pro-life Christians, regardless if your Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, etc. should be outraged by this announcement.

As I recall, the ACLU has RARELY ever been on our side. They are more of a liberal group. I haven’t heard anything from them, and I’d be VERY surprised, to say the least, if they did.
