Ironic, isn’t it that the federal judge who put a ban on the ban, comes from a state that hasn’t taken in any refugees.
The ban doesn’t just apply to refugees. People in Hawaii were affected. You should familiarize yourself with the case.

So it isn’t ironic that Hawaii hasn’t accepted refugees, when juxtaposed with ruling of the Hawaiian federal judge to ban the travel ban (which affected the entry of refugees)? I suggest you familiarize yourself with the word.

I want to known the grounds for his ruling, and the extent of it. I am not sure that you communicated them correctly and would like to check.
I can’t quite make what you want, but suffice it to say the only thing of pertinence I said (besides quoting the article in the WT) is that the judge put a ban on the travel ban because it was unconstitutional? Is that not correct? And if it is, then why do you need to know anything else, since that is all I specifically stated?

Links to the judges written opinion sin these cases.

Why are you asking me? You are the one who asserted it - in fact, asserted that it UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

I’m not playing this cat and mouse game, so tell me what’s wrong with my post ? If not don"t waste my time.

What is wrong with your post is that you made a dubious claim; when asked are unwilling ot back it up with the record, you refuse.

I’m familiar with the rules of the ban and am not aware of any legitimate harm to the people of Hawaii, only contrived reasons.

Perhaps you can enlighten us on what we are missing.

My understanding is that the 5th and 14th Amendments to the Constitution were being argued. This involves discrimination. See these amendments here.

Just sayin. I don’t want to get into arguments involving the banning of grandmothers and such.

Mine either, but thank you.
