**Before I can say whether health care is a right, please define health care… **

Is it preventing someone from dying? -then I say it is the doctors duty as a child of God to save them.

Is it giving someone cough syrup for a runny nose? NO

Is it paying for a tummy tuck? NO

Is it paying for an abortion? NO

This lack of portability is in part due to governemnt regulation. When I said move to another state it was in repsonse to your assertion of states taking a lager role in providing centrally controlled health care. If some states like California or New York provided health care then people could choose to move to those states.

Perhaps you’re comments would be clearer if you specified which government, federal or state, you refer to when you use the word “government.” Assuming you mean federal government above, can you cite the legislation that impeded portability?

Also, can you cite where you claim I asserted states take “a lager role in providing centrally controlled health care”?

You are not forced to pay U.S. taxes. As I commented before, the borders are protected in one direction only. Make a decision – stay and pay, or leave.

"The Church rejects any form of politic in which the dignity of the human person is subject to the state. " The proposed welfare prorams will subject the person to the state and treat the working class as nothing more than sources of revenue to be exploited by the dependent masses.

That logic is a quite bent. The subject of any welfare program is always the human person, not the state. We are social by nature, we organize ourselves in some political scheme in order that every individual may achieve his or her potential. The network of our social alliance takes on many forms but never one which devalues the human being in order to elevate the state.

Read your Bible about aliens, orphans and widows in the Old Testament. Socialism is not a product of modernity.

America is the point of the last stand against the evils of communism and socialism. Our constitution does not allow for wealth redistirbution. These redistribution schemes are illegal and are not a reason to leave. Instead it is the communists who should be leaving.

How is taking from the working class allowing them to achieve their potential? To treet workers as nothing more than a source of revenue devalues them. This reduces the individuals ability to control their own life and forces dependency on government elevating the state from a third party peace keeper to a first party controller of our lives.

Please provide the reference which dictates the use of force by humans to take from one to give to another.
