Just learned my sister and BIL entered the HRM from being involved with non-denominational Christian churches for years. My sister was baptized Catholic and raised Catholic but left the church back in the 70s. I don’t know much about this HRM other than what I found searching on the internet. I know for example, they don’t like using the word Jesus, and the don’t celebrate Easter or Christmas, but feast days, the Jewish Sabbath, etc. The HRM writing and some videos at this website are very anti-Catholic bulldozerfaith.com. The leader of that website engaged me on my sisters Facebook page after I commented on a slide of his referencing something about seeking Truth. I told him he was a heretic and his movement heresy.
Does anybody have experience with this movement and do we use standard apologetic strategies with them? They’re not fully Christian and not fully Jewish. And they don’t consider themselves Protestants either. Thanks.
