The Diocese of Helena filed its Chapter 11 reorginization plan Friday as part of a process being overseen by the Diocese and the Unsecured Creditors Committee.
The committee represents the interests of those who have filed abuse claims against the church.

The United States Bankruptcy Court is expected to decide on the Disclosure Statement and Reorganization filing in January in Missoula.
