You can because he has both divine and human nature.I can’t compare myself to Christ. He was and is perfect. I’m so imperfect, I question why I’m on this planet.

I do not have a divine nature. I’m only human. You can because he has both divine and human nature.
Don’t feel bad about yourself. We are all imperfect. Realizing imperfection is the door to perfection.I can’t compare myself to Christ. He was and is perfect. I’m so imperfect, I question why I’m on this planet.
Yes, but the door is locked. I can’t get perfect.Don’t feel bad about yourself. We are all imperfect. Realizing imperfection is the door to perfection.
That is a long journey, a part of it in this life and the rest in another life…Yes, but the door is locked. I can’t get perfect.
The point is that you and Jesus both have human nature, and both have had suffering. In that way you can compare yourself to Christ.I do not have a divine nature. I’m only human.
I’m not perfect. Nowhere near it. I’m so far away from perfect, no wonder God doesn’t want me.
I’m afraid of the journey in the afterlife. That is a long journey, a part of it in this life and the rest in another life…
But how do I know I am cooperating sufficiently and good enough with God’s grace? I never know. Since I’m not perfect clearly I can never do that, so how can I be saved? God, who created me without my cooperation, will not save me without my cooperation. The point is that you and Jesus both have human nature, and both have had suffering. The Church teaches the dogmas of faith that God always makes the first effort to save us and that one cannot save oneself through their own human nature. Every human is made in the image and nature of God.
What is impossible for man is possible for God. “He who endures to the end will be saved” (Matt. 24:13; cf. 25:31–46).I’m afraid of the journey in the afterlife.
