Hell not paying restitution in full

I only know God real in the last year, before that I was very immoral because I literally did not know morals I did not study the Bible and was not thought in school I did not know the 10 commandments I did not think stealing was bad in my own eyes if I didn’t have money or justified it because I had no food.

My world before I met God was crazy I thought survival of the fittest with no morals was the way to get by in the world as I was thought this which is what the world at large teaches. To be selfish to gain what you need to be happy

I was shown movies of people killing each other to survive I was shown news of country’s being blown up for oil and power i was being shown animals and humans being compared to them to be alpha you need to be ruthless and what they teach in business is that to get to the top a sad reality I lived in for too long but I knew since I was 17-18 I was missing something a kept looking I’m 27 now and want to be a priest because I know altruism is the only way to world peace.

Which sins: those against fellow man or those against Gd? They are not the same according to Judaism.
 
That is what differentiates Catholicism from Judaism on this issue.
 
No, if he has repented and dies before full restitution has been made, he will go to Purgatory.
 
If they have contrition then they will not go to Hell. They would very likely go to Purgatory.
