You do know that the Discovery Institute is not above pious fraud, right? Reporters contacted people on the list and many of them reported being misled as to the intent of the document and the mission of the Discovery Institute. Also, most of the people on the list are not research scientists and those that are are mostly in irrelevant disciplines.
Pious fraud is a title more accurately applied to your post (a few of your posts actually).
