LOL. The Church being poured out is a funny image though maybe not an unfitting one! Fundata is the correct verb. You are confused because there are two fundos. One, third conjugation, indeed means to pour out, and the other, first conjugation, means to found.
Well, the declension of Jesus in Latin is more or less a transliteration of its irregular Greek declension with, naturally, the Greek accusative “-n” replaced by the Latin “-m.” But it is definitely a u-word.
