Hillary still hasn’t denounced her KKK endorsement.
ergo, she is more racist than TRUMP,
YIKES ! ! !
Which is interesting considering the GOP was established as an abolitionist movement and worked hard to get Civil Rights for African-Americans even nearly a century after the Civil War.

Well, I won’t argue the charitable/uncharitable merits of political ads, but suffice to say the American people better wake up and realize having her in office means getting shoved around by every other global despot just like the Obama/Biden administration is.
Your views about the possibilities of projecting American power in the world today are unrealistic.

We’re not in a uni-polar world anymore where the US was basically the only superpower. Unless you think that we should drop nuclear bombs on our opponents, there are real limits and constraints on what we can do with conventional weapons and armies or with economic leverage. Just look at what happened to us in Iraq. We can conquer a place but then what do we do with it unless we want to station hundreds of thousands of troops there for the next 50 years and whose going to pay for all that? The Iraq War has already cost us over 1 trillion dollars. And Iraq was not a very powerful country. A country like Iran would be far more difficult. Or what about North Korea? Not very powerful and not really much of a threat to us, but we can’t do anything in North Korea without also dealing with China.

Amen!

and…

ALL LIVES MATTER…every single one. Can we get a Amen from the Hillary fan club.
Does that include people the US kills in war? The innocent victims who aren’t participating in the war?

I find it hard to believe that anyone that says they believe it is murder would vote for Clinton and repeatedly extol her “virtues” on a Catholic forum.

One cannot say there are other pro-life issues to consider and ignore the most innocent and helpless that are the unborn. No, they are THE most important pro-life issue. So to vote for a candidate that is pro-choice is to vote for death. Ask your relative if you won’t listen to any of us.
I’m a SANDERS supporter, not a Clinton supporter. You have me mixed up with someone else. I haven’t “extolled” even Sanders’ virtues, let alone Clinton’s.

However, NO Republican president is going to stop abortion, and NO Democratic president is going to increase abortions.

I find it difficult to fathom the fact that you can’t see it the PREGNANT WOMEN who MAKE THE DECISION to HAVE the abortion, NOT any president. NO president is pro-abortion.

How do you pick and choose what deaths you care about? Killing innocent victims who aren’t participating in the war is wrong, but killing innocent, unborn babies can continue. You believe abortion can’t be stopped, so why even try. So I suppose that is what frees you up to vote for a pro-choice candidate.

If some event doesn’t change the course of things, be prepared for President Hillary Clinton.

She will get the women and minority votes, which are necessary for any candidate to win the presidency.

Unfortunately, 200 years from 2016, historians will look back and mark the downfall of the US with her election.

Oh, no. I believe in trying. But I KNOW it isn’t going to end with a Republican president or Republican appointees to the Supreme Court. That’s been tried, and was a dismal failure. A Republican SC upheld Roe v. Wade in 1973, and in 1992, when, again a REPUBLICAN SC had the chance to strike a blow against R v W, they chose not to do so.

I believe in stopping abortion by teaching children about the sanctity of life. Parents and teachers, and yes, even the Church, aren’t doing their job in that regard. My parents did, and I can tell you NO ONE is my family would ever dream of having an abortion. Even the men are vehemently against it.

I’m free to vote for any candidate I want. I don’t need to be “freed up.” I already AM free.

I think if the Republican Party stops Trump from becoming the nominee, and it seems like they will, he’ll run third party and split the Republicans.

The Democrats will unite behind Clinton and make her the president. And yes, you’re right, she’ll get the bulk of the votes from women and majorities, and Trump has only himself to blame for that. He’s alienable almost all ethnic groups.

However, I don’t think she’ll have the power to destroy the US. And she is pretty experienced. You might not like her, and that’s fine, but I don’t think she has the power to destroy the US. She dealt well with foreign heads of state as Secretary of State.

I trust her as much as I trust any politician, much, much, much more than Trump, but then he’s not a politician.

Even Clinton admitted that every politician makes promises and then finds he or she can’t deliver everything promised, but I believe she’d try to deliver. I don’t think she wants the first female president of the US - if she’s elected, of course - to be remembered in history books as a “bad” president who failed to try to keep her promises. And I believe she’s sincere.
👍

And I still don’t see how Hillary can be held responsible for Benghazi.
I agree with you, but since Bernie won’t get the nomination, I’ll vote for Clinton.
I’m almost certain Hillary will be the nominee, but I agree with MB, the electorate has a very short memory.

I’ll definitely vote for Hillary. I applaud the way Hillary and Bernie have conducted their campaign with dignity.
I agree with you, Little Sheep. The Republicans just keep attacking her and attacking her, and she always manages to come out on top. None of the candidates, Republican or Democrat, are perfect, but I think Hillary is sincere and honestly wants to help people. I don’t agree with her on everything, either, but I agree with most of her platform.

I’ll be proud to cast my vote for her, too, and I, too, hope she’ll be our next president. We can’t afford a Trump presidency, and I don’t see Cruz as having the experience. We’ve been down the “not enough experience” road already.
I’m a SANDERS supporter, not a Clinton supporter. You have me mixed up with someone else. I haven’t “extolled” even Sanders’ virtues, let alone Clinton’s.
Oh, I guess you are right Lily. I must have you confused with someone else. You don’t sound like a Clinton supporter at all.

Oh, I’ll vote for her should she become the nominee, and it seems she will.

I don’t trust the Republican appointees who made abortion legal, and then, when they had a chance to strike a blow against it, chose NOT to do so.

And, believe it or not, I care about other issues as well.

The USA has been going down for a while now:
Use of atomic bomb against Japanese children.
Alliance of CIA and mafia to take out Castro
Iran Contra
Vietnam war, Iraq war, Afghanistan war where thousands of innocent children have been killed. Situation is worse after the US invasion.
Abortions on demand in the US and sanctioning the anti-abortion advocate Yelena Mizulina of Russia.
Same Sex marriage approved.
Rendition (kidnapping) and torture of people overseas.
Legalisation of marijuana and glorification of the use of other illegal drugs in American movies.
Prominent politicians admitting to illegal drug use, including cocaine.
Incompetent people such as Victoria Nuland chosen as diplomats - they have the whole world laughing at her incompetence as she declares her wish to **** the European Union.

I agree with that, and I think both Democrats and Republicans share the blame. And ordinary people. We’ve become a secular nation who is afraid to stand up for what’s right because we might step on “tolerance” of some whacko thing some nutjob believes. And I’m pointing to both political parties and to no person in particular, just in general.

She wasn’t sincere to the families of the 4 men who died in Benghazi. She lied to the American public, blaming an internet video for something that was clearly pre-planned…it was after all on 9-11 anniversary. If she can’t handle a crisis as S.O.S., she is not fit to be president.

You make it sound as if drugs like marijuana were all illegal until just recently. Marijuana was not even regulated until the Marijuana Act of 1937:
The Act levied a tax equaling roughly one dollar on anyone who dealt commercially in cannabis, hemp, or marijuana. The Act did not itself criminalize the possession or usage of hemp, marijuana, or cannabis. It did include penalty and enforcement provisions to which marijuana, cannabis, or hemp handlers were subject. Violation of these procedures could result in a fine of up to $2000 and five years’ imprisonment.

Drugs like opium were still legal at the beginning of the 20th century.

So was the US down and then went up when we outlawed things like marijuana and opium and now has gone back down again?

Because I love globalized industrial scale corruption.

She ought to be able to top the shakedown operation she ran as Sec. of State once in the White House.

And think all the interns available for Billy boy.

Yup Damn it feels good to be a Clinton.

Damn it feels good to be a Clinton.
A shameless politician plays her cards right.
Got a crew for the fights on the airwaves.
Lap dogs in the press keep their mouths tight.

Cause a Clinton never needs to explain what.
Why it is what they’ve done or with who.
A real Clinton knows they’re entitled.
You don’t get to know what they do.

What difference does it make for a Clinton.
What’s loaded in some fat oppo file.
A Clinton plays the victim for promotion.
A Clinton kills it off with a smile.

Damn it feels good to be a Clinton.
A server full of secrets ain’t no thing.
Damn it feels good to be a Clinton.
Nothing ever hits with a sting.
Typical Hillary trash talk, unconvincing to most.

I am proud of Bill and Hillary for keeping their marital vows in spite of the obvious hardships that happened to their marriage. The presumptive Republican nominee certainly didn’t take his marital vows that seriously. But hey, yeah - let’s keep throwing stones at their marriage - maybe we can help break it up - wouldn’t that feel Christian? 😉

But it doesn’t matter even if Trump gets the GOP nomination or some one else does and he decides not to run as an independent.

The GOP nominee will not get the women or minority votes over Hillary.

Women want the first woman president, and minorities will generally vote for a female over any white male.
