Moody’s: Clinton’s economic plan would create 10.4 million jobs in four years

rawstory.com/2016/07/moodys-clintons-economic-plan-would-create-10-4-million-jobs-in-four-years/

Sounds like a plan!
I was just reading about that in Forbes.

Forbes
“The upshot of our analysis is that Secretary Clinton’s economic policies, when taken together, will result in a stronger U.S. economy under almost any scenario,” they wrote on Friday. ”The upshot of Mr. Trump’s economic policy positions under almost any scenario is that the U.S. economy will be more isolated and diminished,” they concluded in June.

I’m not saying that number isn’t accurate, although I don’t understand how anyone can say a specific number of jobs will be created, but I’m not an economist… but do these numbers come from Mark Zandi at Moody’s? He has donated money to Hillary Clinton’s campaign: politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2016/jun/24/hillary-clinton/clinton-trump-both-say-moodys-economist-others-tea/
They are really speculating that the government spending will have a multiplier effect on the economy. They are also assuming that family leave will keep people in the labor force and that will have a positive impact on society. The reality is that nobody can predict what impact either Trumps or Clinton’s policies will have on the economy.

What is Trump’s policy on the economy? All I’ve heard and seen are generalities.

I looked at that information. It, too, seemed very general.
Obviously he must have people advising him regarding his economic and other plans, but he’s not a politician. The specifics, the details are not his strong point, but Trump is doing well in the polls despite that… so obviously there are a lot of people that are looking beyond that.

LOL What kind of trouble could Bill Clinton possibly get into? Actually, I hardly believe he would not have some (name removed by moderator)ut into a Hillary Clinton administration.
I actually find it comforting to think Hillary would have Bill as a consultant. He’s got experience galore and there’s no denying that this country saw the best of times during his last term.

Anyone who thinks Hillary won’t ask Bill for advice on important matters is dreaming.

And that’s not a bad thing imo. I have no concerns whatsoever about her seeking his (name removed by moderator)ut.

Trump seems to surround himself with good people but in the end it will be him alone making the call. Considering his demeanor I don’t find that comforting at all at this point.

Hillary’s New Bedford Story In Her Acceptance Speech Is Yet Another Lie

Somehow I don’t think lies of hillary matter to those who vote democrat. They care more about fragile sensibilities, whether a politician knows how to say the right words at the right time (as what they are used to hearing), whether he/she hurts people’s feelings, whether they exhibit the right kind of demeanor in public (no matter how they behave in private). The only democrats who might change over to vote republican this year will be those who saw through the rigged democrat primary, and those who have had enough empty promises and seen their daily life so negativeoy impacted, either by violence, terrorism, loss of jobs, rising health insurance, that they can’t stand it anymore.

For tho democrats with a comfortable living and who prioritize polite speech and sensitive demeanor over imprtant problems facing society, they will always vote democrat.

And that’s fine. We’ll see how many in this country want change and how many want same old same old.
