**Hillary Clinton outspends Trump in White House showdown
**

usatoday.com/story/news/politics/elections/2016/2016/08/21/hillary-clinton-outspends-trump-white-house-showdown/89066790/
New campaign reports filed Saturday with the Federal Election Commission show Clinton with another advantage: Super-wealthy Democrats are giving early and often to boost the former secretary of State’s presidential bid and to aid Democrats hoping to seize seats in Congress. Billionaires, such as California environmentalist Tom Steyer and financier George Soros, plowed millions into Democratic-aligned super PACs last month.
Steyer alone pumped $7 million of his hedge-fund fortune into his super PAC, NextGen Climate Action, which plans an aggressive campaign to turn out voters to help Clinton and others in the party.
wo deep-pocketed Democrats, Slim-Fast founder Daniel Abraham and financier Donald Sussman, contributed $3 million each last month to Priorities USA Action, a super PAC aiding Clinton. In all, Sussman has doled out $11 million to Priorities so far in this election. Super PAC can raise unlimited amounts.
Trump, a real-estate magnate who self-funded his bid for the GOP nomination, has relied less on the super-wealthy for financial support, drawing a large share of his donations from the supporters who flock to his rallies, follow him on Twitter and answer his email solicitations.
His filings show that Trump pulled in $12.7 million last month from people who donated in amounts of $200 or less. That accounts for nearly 65% of his individual contributions.

Youre making this argument as if it is a fact that we have a candidate who has a seizure disorder. There is zero evidence that Clinton has a seizure disorder and quite frankly with all the other issues that Hillary Clinton has, the continued promulgation of this supposed “seizure disorder” is nothing better gossip…with as much as validity as the tabloid gossip of Jennifer Aniston being pregnant with twins over the past 10 years

I can propegate the same type of gossip regarding Trump…if Donald Trump is so healthy then why has he been seeing a gastroenterologist for 30 years?. Honestly is there something wrong with his liver? He’s so orange, He has something wrong with his liver. With his longstanding hedonistic lifestyle he’s given himself hepatitis and liver failure…thats why hes so orange.

You see what I mean? This supposed “seizure disorder” is nothing better than gossip
Ease up. I said nothing about Hillary Clinton, specifically. Nor did I say she has a seizure disorder. I have no idea at all whether she does or does not. I was responding to a poster who felt that, in a leader, a seizure disorder is nothing with which one could reasonably be concerned. I was clarifying that, while it is not necessarily so, indeed, it could be.

But I thought the Democrat “diagnosis” of Trump’s skin color was that he was using that “artificial tan” stuff. If the DNC diagnosis is now liver disease, that’s new.
Probably won’t be the last one.

Oh, and one would ordinarily see a hepatologist for liver disease, not a gastroenterologist.

Actually according to the American College of gastroenterology they do treat liver disease…

A Gastroenterologist is a physician with dedicated training and unique experience in the management of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and liver. What is Gastroenterology? Gastroenterology is the study of the normal function and diseases of the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, colon and rectum, pancreas, gallbladder, bile ducts and liver. It involves a detailed understanding of the normal action (physiology) of the gastrointestinal organs including the movement of material through the stomach and intestine (motility), the digestion and absorption of nutrients into the body, removal of waste from the system, and the function of the liver as a digestive organ. It includes common and important conditions such as colon polyps and cancer, hepatitis, gastroesophageal reflux (heartburn), peptic ulcer disease, colitis, gallbladder and biliary tract disease, nutritional problems, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), and pancreatitis. In essence, all normal activity and disease of the digestive organs are part of the study of Gastroenterology.

And furthermore Im telling you as an RN that all of the gastroenterologists that I know treat diseases of the liver

.

And all the orthopaedic surgeons I know will do spinal surgeries and nerve transpositions, though a neurosurgeon would probably be the better one for either. And either will do a carpal tunnel release, though the results by a plastic surgeon tend to turn out better.

Nail in the Coffin: Huffington Post Calls for End to Clinton Foundation: ‘Just Shut it Down

breitbart.com/big-government/2016/08/21/nail-coffin-huffington-post-calls-end-clinton-foundation-just-shut/
The Huffington Post, one of the world’s most trafficked news sites, featured a headline on Sunday calling for the closure of the embattled Clinton Foundation. The left-wing outlet’s front page banner linked to a New York Times article, which highlights, among other things, that Bill and Hillary Clinton’s billion dollar nonprofit has “accepted tens of millions of dollars from countries that the State Department — before, during and after Mrs. Clinton’s time as secretary — criticized for their records on sex discrimination and other human-rights issues.”

It’s not as if the Clinton Foundation is unique in associating itself with countries that have serious human rights problems. The US does this regularly, counting as major allies countries with serious human rights abuses including Egypt, Israel, Saudi Arabia, etc. On top of that, last year, Saudi Arabia was appointed to oversee an important panel on the United Nation’s Human Rights Council.
In a normal world, Saudi Arabia would be arraigned for its appalling human rights record, not appointed to head an important panel at the international human rights monitor. And yet, it was revealed Monday that over the summer Saudi Arabia was appointed to a panel at the UN Human Rights Council (UNHRC) that would interview and short-list experts, from among whom successful candidates would then be nominated to examine specific human rights challenges. These challenges may include the human rights record of a particular country or a specific theme, and those themes can include violence against women, the rights of migrants, religious freedom, or sexual orientation.

In my opinion I guess it depends on what type of spinal surgery your talking about…if you are being treted for something like scoliosis, then I’d prefer a orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the spine over a neurosurgeon, if we are talking about spinal cord compression injury…then without question neurosurgeon is the way to go. And as far as carpal tunnel goes I’d prefer an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the wrist and hand.

Whaaaa? Hillary is pregnant with twins? I never knew! Hear it first on CAF I guess.

In all seriousness, it’s all hype. And IMO blown way out of control.

Actually, the last I heard she’s pregnant with triplets, and the jury is still out as to whether the father is Bill or Elvis.

On a lighter note:

The cookie recipes for the Family Circle magazine contest have been released!!

familycircle.com/recipes/desserts/cookies/family-circle-2016-presidential-cookie-poll/?page=2

They sponsor a bakeoff featuring a cookie recipe from each potential first lady/gentleman.

Bill Clinton entered a chocolate chip cookie recipe.

Melania Trump entered a star shaped cookie.

Just perusing Melania’s recipe, I’d add some vanilla, or maybe some lemon or orange zest. Or a glaze, maybe chocolate? OR maybe a glaze made of powdered sugar and lemon juice.

Bill’s recipe has shortening in it. Maybe butter would be better?

And one cooking site already didn’t like Bill’s cookies.

I can’t picture either one actually doing any baking.

O beautiful Flower of Carmel, most fruitful Vine,
Splendor of Heaven, holy and singular, who
brought forth the Son of God, still ever remaining
a Pure Virgin, assist me in this necessity.

O Star of the Sea, help and protect me!
Show me that thou art my Mother.

O Mary, Conceived without sin,
Pray for us who have recourse to thee!

Mother and Ornament of Carmel, Pray for us!
Virgin, Flower of Carmel, Pray for us!
Patroness of all who wear the Scapular, Pray for us!
Hope of all who die wearing the Scapular, Pray for us!
St. Joseph, Friend of the Sacred Heart, Pray for us!
St. Joseph, Chaste Spouse of Mary, Pray for us!
St. Joseph, Our Patron, Pray for us!
O sweet Heart of Mary, be my Salvation!

Amen.

But Catholic businessmen are forced to pay for it. And if Hillary is elected it appears we will also be forced to pay for abortions.
A compromise was offered in which private insurers would provide contraceptive healthcare coverage for those female employees who do not share the Catholic faith of their employers at no cost to the employer or the employee. That was rejected. And if the government paid for the contraceptives I have little doubt the objection would then be that taxes are being used.

So short of denying the liberty to those female employees whom do not share the Catholic faith of their employers, and denying them the full insurance benefits they are entitled to and promised under the law, I honestly don’t see a solution right now where everyone will be 100% pleased. I hope I am wrong though and something can be worked out to everyone’s satisfaction, for Catholics and those of other religious beliefs as well. I understand though balancing rights and liberty and trying to please everyone can be a difficult act in a pluralistic nation such as ours.

According to the Daily Caller, $1 million of $1,042,000 in charitable contributions from the Clintons went back to their own foundation.

Yes, 96% of their donations went from one pocket into the other.

Hillary doess not know the difference between an e-mail account and a server and is trying to throw Colin Powell under a non-existing bus. Shame

Colin Powell Says Hillary Clinton’s ‘People Have Been Trying to Pin’ Email Scandal on Him

On Friday, the New York Times reported that Clinton told FBI officials former Secretary of State Colin Powell had advised her to use a personal email account while she held the Secretary of State office herself.

“Her people have been trying to pin it on me,” Powell, 79, told PEOPLE Saturday night at the Apollo in the Hamptons 2016 Night of Legends fête in East Hampton, New York.

“The truth is, she was using [the private email server] for a year before I sent her a memo telling her what I did,” Powell added.

Let’s compare that to Trump’s donations.
The cited anti-Trump article claims Trump donated only $10,000 at the top of the article, but then admits he gave a lot more than that, ($8 million plus) that they could (wished to?) find on their own.

But that’s not the point anyway. In claiming their charitable deductions, the Clintons were only giving it to themselves by giving it to their own foundation that also hires their daughter and political operatives, and claiming a tax deduction in doing it. That’s no charitable gift at all. That was the poster’s obvious point.
