A chap from the other night asked the question if the Holocaust actually happened. For the most part it sounded like he was responded to negatively. I think what he was asking about more specifically was the topic of Holocaust denial or revision.
I missed the topic and can’t find it so I thought I’d continue from last night.
This is something I stumbled upon only recently and find the topic very interesting. Holocaust deniers don’t dispute the fact that concentration/labor camps existed throughout Europe, but where they don’t agree is whether Jews and others were systemically exterminated in gas chambers then crematoriums. While researching this topic I came across this mini documentary that looks at the hard facts of what today is known as the Holocaust. The producer raises some very interesting facts i.e there were no traces of zyclon B gas found at the supposed gas chambers, as opposed to the high concentrations in the delousing chambers (where they cleaned close from lice):

In addition to my research I came across “The Last Days of the Big Lie” - this exposes Steven Spielberg’s movie claiming the survivors stories were far fetched if not out right lies, like the one soldier who claimed to have liberated one of the camps, only to later have been discovered that official documents said he was nowhere near the camps at the time of liberation. If that sounds crazy you should here the ladies stories.

And for kicks here is Herman Rosenblat another apparent survivor of the Holocaust who claimed a mystery girl would throw him food over the fence to keep him alive at a camp, only to later have coincidentally run into her in NY City and got married. Hollywood was to make a movie out of this remarkable love story that even put Oprah to tears. Only problem is it was fabricated and only in Herman’s imagination, which was brought to light after someone stepped up and claimed there is no way anyone could have got near the camp fence to throw apples over. Seems like anything for money, as Herman’s son tells:

Anyway, I don’t know what to make of all this
Whose right whose wrong
It’s an awkward topic that most seem to think it’s crazy, like me until I saw the videos and did some of my own research as opposed to taking everything per verbatim as history and books dictate. Any (name removed by moderator)ut?
