Holy communion and the Lord’s supper aren’t quite interchangeable. What Catholics or Orthodox call Holy Communion or Eucharist is the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity, of Jesus Christ. What certain ‘high-church’ Anglican/Episcopalians or Lutherans call communion can be anything from a ‘presence’ to a ‘consubstantiation’ (although the latter word is not used so often today) that is not precisely the understanding of the Catholic/Orthodox definition but is also not ‘simply a symbol’. Other protestant groups like Methodists, Baptists, Church of Christ have a Lord’s supper or communion which is purely symbolic, and groups like Friends (Quakers) do not celebrate a communion at all.

Would have to survey all 30,000+ denominations and “non-denominations.” Even the Protestant Handbook of Denominations in the United States admits of 224 separate, doctrinally different denominations.
As to a true presence Eucharist, only the Catholic and Orthodox. There is some flaw in each of the others, either lack of apostolic succession, or lack of form, faulty matter (juice, leavened bread), or lack of belief as to the nature of the claimed presence.

Eastern Catholic: we are allowed by the Holy See to Participate and take the Eucharist in and Eastern Catholic Mass. because they are very close to us. They have all 7 sacraments.
Eastern Orthodox: there are over 20 churches. Catholic’s can Participate in in eastern orthodox.If you cannot find a Catholic Church. The difference between Catholic and Eastern Orthodox is the Authority of the pope and the filique.
( proceeds from the father and the son) in the nicene creed .
