As well they should be. The article didn’t mention whether the sender was Catholic or just pretending to be.
If you go to Myers blog. There is an apology written by a catholic guy. Cooler heads should have prevaled. The guy is mostly upset about getting his wife fired, he should be more reflective and consider the image of Catholics he has portrayed.

I agree that it was a poor decision on this man’s part to write such a threat. Apparently, it was an empty threat (thankfully), but he gave Myers just what he was looking for. It’s not surprising that Myers doesn’t publish any of the polite e-mails that members of CA have said they sent him.

Thanks for posting this Nana. I’m in central FL also and just heard a very brief story about this on the news tonight, so I’m glad you posted the link. Did I understand you correctly–there are satan worshippers in the church where this occurred?? Oh my gosh…we really need to pray and pray hard.

The Orlando case is getting more interesting. Looks like the person may not even be Catholic

If true, this puts the case in a who new light
I was wondering the same thing. What really caught my eye was the following from one story:

*Cook is now firing back. He filed his own complaints alleging physical abuse and hazing.

“Forced consumption of any food is considered hazing,” he said. “That applies to all organizations not only Greek organizations.”*

“forced consumption?”

He’s claiming that some of the people trying to restrain him told him he had to eat the host, therefor, “force consumption of food.”

Of course, when your fraternity is illegally hazing you by force-feeding, they don’t usually give you the alternative of simply handing back the food.

What I said is that in this area, especially Union Park, there is a large population of Satanic Worshippers. They go to the parishes and “pretend” to receive the Eucharist and put it in their pockets for their black mass services. That is why at one particular parish near the UCF the priest has people making sure that each person puts the Eucharist in their mouths before reaching their seats and especially if they walk outside.

I agree, we need to pray hard for this area and everywhere. I know a woman personally who left the Satanic church and she use to tell me what they did to get as many Eucharist as possible and some are pretending to be active Catholics in the parish she is in now. It is scary. She has told the parish pastor, but she said he is not going to do anything about it. He is a very liberal priest. I won’t mention the parish. The only reason she has not left that parish is because they are paying for her apartment and food. When she left he cult she had no where to turn to. She is so remorseful for all she did to desecrate the Host, but is now a true Roman Catholic. She receives threats too from her cult. She sees them coming to Mass and it sickens her, but what else can she do. I have adviced her to go to the Bishop, but she doesn’t want to lose her rent and food money.
