Wow. I actually went to that Cathedral when I was assigned to Germany. I wasn’t on the same path then that I’m on now. Now it holds much more significance to me. But that cathedral is absolutely beautiful!
On another trivia note, alledgedly, the three wise men stopped in Trier on their way to see baby Jesus.
