I think it shows a respectful piety. May I ask is that a multi-purpose room, or is it just for that? I think it’s nice. Many people, myself included tend to go overboard (at least I would if I had the money

Yes, I can see, It’s nice to have a room just for prayer. Some Baptist friends of mine had prayer room as well.

You’re welcome. The expansion of the Altar for the EF keeps it’s charm as well. Do you have a preference for your private Masses, or do you say either Form?
Since September 14, 2007, I have said the EF, except for two days when I was not feeling well, I said the OF, since it is simpler.
The altar stone was a gift from a priest, who inherited it from an old priest whom he said always used it when he offered Mass away from a church. I’m not certain what relics are in the stone itself, but I have placed some additional relics between the bottom of the stone and the mensa: St. Katherine Drexel (2nd class), St. Therese (3rd class), Padre Pio (3rd class) and Ven. Solanis Casey (2nd class). The rubrics of the TLM presume you are offering Mass at least on such an altar stone with relics.
My parents normally join me for Mass in the chapel on my days off. I guess there have been some special Masses as well, such as for the Solemnities of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and St. Teresa of Avila (I am a Secular, or Third Order, Carmelite, so they are Solemnities/Feasts of the I Class for me).
