The developer who ousted a small Catholic congregation from 54 acres on Hypoluxo Road last January is wasting no time to start construction.
Ansca Homes already has made changes to its site plan at the request of the Coalition of Boynton West Residential Associations, clearing the way for county commissioners to approve Ansca’s zoning request to build 175 zero-lot-line homes.

The New Jersey bishop ordered the Holy Apostles congregation dissolved after the land sale, directing members to worship instead at Byzantine Rite churches in Fort Pierce or Coconut Creek.
But Byzantine worship services conducted by a Latin priest continue at 6 p.m. each Saturday night at a converted Pizza Hut on Lake Worth Road. . .
