Good luck in your ministry in Saudia Arabia… they need Christian missionaries who are inside and who speak the language… Since the country is so dangerous with its islamic terror regime…

However… don’t forget that when you bow to an idol you blaspheme the true God. Christians are killed every week around the globe because they refuse to bow to false idols. They know that if they lie by their bowing or their words then they dont behave worthily as followers of Christ. He would rather die than say one single lie.

Its better for you to get out of Saudia Arabia as a Christian than living there and denying Christ. We will not look down on you if you run away from Islamic terror… but we will watch you with suspicion if you would rather stay in the most anti-christian islamic terror-regime than finding some other place in the world to live. … truly I find SaudiArabia the most scary and sick place on the planet right after North Korea … These two places you only go as a Christian if you want to become a martyr (real martyrs dont kill innocent civilians… thats the muslim concept).
 
After reading more than half of this thread…I am reminded of the idea of communism…it sounds great in theory
 
There are men of all faiths that are disrespectful towards women, and there are women of all faiths that are disrespectful towards men…

The Holy Realm is not unaware of them and each will receive according to their works…👍
 
A friend of mine who is a devout Muslim woman tried convincing me that women in Islam have more freedom then anywhere else.

According to her, a woman does not have to cook, clean, or take care of her children. The only thing she MUST do is be available to have sex with her husband any time he wants.:confused:

She considered it freedom, I consider it following a religion made by men for men.

It is never an honor for a woman not to have a say about her own body.

I ran across the same problem in US…A man hit my car and he said I hit his to the Insurance company…They took the man’s word over mine and my insurance paid him and raised my rates…I cancelled my insurance…

Another time a man ran a red light…and he said I ran the red light he was a state diplomat…They wanted my insurance to pay for his car…But, my Insurance backed me up…

They were not Moslems!!!

There is no equality among men and women christians in the US

This gets to the issue at hand. Under Christianity, are men better off than women? Under US Law? Is the issue institutional or is it one of personal conduct?

The claim on here is that the disadvantages that some Muslim women have are both institutional and cultural. IN the US, the issue is not codified into law nor is it encouraged.

Are you sure that people that made these erronious decisions were Christians?

I agree that there is no true equality among women and men anywhere, but Christians do respect women more than Muslims do, since in Islam men’s attempt to control women is called “respect”.

At least Jesus said that there are no women or man in Heaven. That kind of kills the idea of 72 virgins at man’s disposal.

Hum… was she from the U.S.A.? she sounds more like a “sex trade worker” or somebody always on vacation… Probably spoiled from when she was a kid… unless she was merely telling you a fairy tale!

And Jesus also said that those to be in Heaven will be like the angels of God, so it would kind of confirm what you said…😃

mr. lapell i was sunni.&my family and relatives are the most bigot group of sunni called wahhabi(ahle hadith).actually they are salafist.

And the whole of Islam you paint in blood red and black, as though nothing, nothing, nothing can be anyhow good in Islam. And you quote verses from the Qor’an out of their context. Like you I do hear about wrong things done in Muslim countries, probably by Muslims or by Islamists, at any rate “in the name of Allah”… outwardly!
