How are men supposed to make their romantic intentions known in the aftermath of metoo?

I’d say if it’s true that’s a very strange experience and it sounds like you really need to shake up your social circle. Around here, I’d say even for secular adults, limited drinking and not being on tinder is the norm.

I think it’s a good thing to date a lot of people before marriage. I know one guy who only dated his now wife. How can you be sure that’s the one if you only have dated one person?

Wait seven years, advance in your career, save money, and buy a house. You’ll have it ALL!

Stay the Course. Just keep Praying for a Holy and Virtuous Spouse.

Here’s some Fiddler on the Roof:

I honestly don’t understand praying for a holy spouse. I mean, everyone has free will, right?

I’ve never seen it all the way though. I like the one rich man song though

The Archangel Raphael brings together Tobias and Sarah. So, God can definitely bring together two people.

I’m not trying to provoke anyone. I’m just seriously asking what are men supposed to do post metoo? I’m asking because men are the ones who are expected traditionally to make the first move and be the aggressor. How are we supposed to “go for it”?
My husband and I were friends first. He then asked me on a date. We dated for several months before making it “official”. Then he kissed me. Simple, straightforward.

This does not need to be complicated. If you find the right girl, it really won’t be. If you give it enough time, you’ll know whether a woman will be receptive without having to ask “May I kiss you”. If you really feel the need, you can say “I’d really like to kiss you”, lean in, and if she backs off, that’s that.

Stop listening to men who tell you to be the “aggressor”. People use language like that and then wonder why women don’t like it. Be confident, not an aggressor.

i dated dozens of guys before I married my husband.
My husband only ever dated me.
Somehow we both managed to figure out we were right for each other.
God probably had something to do with that.

They had a consent app back in the day, it was called getting Dad’s approval. However Western benevolent patriarchy died in the early 20th century so we have to make our own way.

My tips.
  1. Be attractive.
  2. Do not be unattractive.
  3. Avoid feminists.
Legal advice.
  1. Be aware of the relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Record if you can. Audio is good, video is better.
This is important because the way #metoo and affirmative consent work, you need your exculpatory evidence beforehand.

I don’t want a woman who likes me for those reasons. That’s not something I want to open with. I try to hide how much I make as long as I can
