With all of the news and forums etc…
It seems that there is a lot of self righteous arrogant (or ignorant) people and violence in this world.
So, this topic kind of popped into my mind:
How are you touching the lives of others? How do you constantly improve yourself? Are you constantly learning?
Sometimes I feel like we think we are good/decent people but IMO we don’t realise that we can be way better. We should go out of our way to make people feel safe and happy, we should always try to be there for others instead of acting like we are good people, and other people are the problem.
We get too focused on sins, but we should focus on touching lives as well, to be honest. Donating an extra $5 is not a sin, but we should do so if we can, and so on.
We can mind our own business, focus on ourselves and pray for change, or we can pray for change while making a difference.
Such a random topic, I know. But I feel like pride is such a silent killer lol. There is so much positive change we can make every day, so many people we can make happy. I feel like that’s what Pope Francis is trying to encourage.
We should show we are Christians by our love, not words.
