How can you tell if a Church is in full communion with Rome?

I think the place is okay. Just my hyperactive imagination, I guess. Thanks again for all the help, everyone!
 
Went there this afternoon. There was actually a certificate from the Diocese of Cleveland near the confessional, so everything turned out okay.

BTW, had an absolutely fantastic confession. I feel better right now than I have in a long time.
