How Dangerous Is Iran?

Iran is, next to North Korea (and maybe even more so than North Korea) the most evil and dangerous regime on earth today.
The Shah of Iran may have been corrupt, but these filthy Mullahs are infintely worse on their best day than the Shah ever was on his worst day. The Islamic Republic of Iran needs regime change.

Then I suggest you hop on down to your local recruiter and sign up for the Marines or Army with an MOS of infantry or artillery.

People calling for “regime change” usually want someone else to do it.

By the way, not only would there be a lot of urban warfare and insurgency type fighting, but Iran has some pretty powerful short range missiles that can potentially wipe out and entire battalion in a single strike.

Is the regime change you call for worth enough for them to never find a single piece of you?

Be careful what you wish for. If we do go into Iran, you or your family may be drafted to bring about the change.
 
There are other ways to accomplish regime change than a frontal military assault on Iran. It can be done through coup d’etat for example, which in the case of these rotten mullahs would be more than justifiable.

YES. how about we endorse an anti-governmental Iranian separatist to overthrow the regime we dont like. we give them money, weapons, and support. we take their “word” for it they will setup a democracy or better government.

its never been tried before, but it definitely wont result in a secular dictator or radical cleric taking power, and then oppressing their own people. everything will turn out OK, and we wont have to later go in and remove those people from power.
