Seriously dude, people spontaneously die because they burnt too much body fat releasing deadly toxins? have you ever heard of anything like this happening. Is there any documented case to support this view? It’s very very unlikely.About the possibility of poison killing Mohammed 3 yrs later. Toxins can be trapped in a persons body fat and when a person burns the bodyfat, the toxins are released into the blood stream at the same time they can cause harm to the person. Scientifically, although unlikely, it IS possible for a poison/toxin to affect a person months, years or decades after injesting. I’m not sure what Mohammed’s body mass index was when he injested the poison and if he had lost/burned some body fat shortly before his death or not, but it is possible.
On the other hand, we know Aisha gave him medicine against his will. We know she claimed it was a tumor, at another time she claimed it was poison from a jewish lady. I don’t have the hadith on me at the moment but when Muhammad (p) confronted her about the medicine she tried to blame his uncle al-abbas. And finally, there is nobody to corroberate her story. If Muhammad (p) was in pain because of the poison he had 3 years ago you would think he would share this other people such as his real family (his daughter, his nephew, his grand children) none of them agree with Aisha’s view but on the contrary they blame Aisha for conspiring to kill him.
So the most likely scenario is that she killed him.
