Well, I’m a unique person. As a guy, I chose a female. She isn’t even a Saint yet!
Her name is Blessed Kateri Tekakwitha, an Iroquois Maiden. Considered the most beautiful flower of the New World. Her refusal for marriage, and having to run away from her own village to be with God in fasting, in prayer, and in the Eucharist is brave of her.
Her family died from an epidemic that she survived, and learned the Hail Mary from her Algonquin mother, and Kateri became blind and her face disfigured. She lived the most of her life then with her uncle who was the chief.
Died at 24, and minutes after, her face had the most distilled peace and it became beautiful and refreshed.
I even made a Kateri Indian Rosary (Chaplet of Bl. Kateri Tekakwitha)! (The turtle was that she was part of the turtle clan). Nothing too elaborate; just simple
