It’s eighty and quite humid; going up to 90 and then it’ll be stormy. By this time of Summer I’ve adapted. I set the a/c to 82 at night and 85 during the day. Even a house set to 79 may feel a bit too cool to me. I feel it’s important to try to adapt somewhat to your climate, as well as to moderate your power consumption.
Today, Wednesday, July 22nd, at 11:30AM, it is raining and thundering loudly! It is 82 degrees…a beautiful, wet day…a welcome sight for my flower garden and lawn, and all of our wonderful trees! Oh, but for my pup, Chloe, it is miserable! She is so afraid…she is currently in my husband’s arms, shaking!
Same here. Very warm and rain for the next two days. I am happy, however; we did a major planting in the front of the house in late May and it turning out well.
It was supposed to be 84F, but it’s at 86F with a heat index of 93F. A very humid 94F. The air quality is supposed to be Good. If you can breath water, that is.
Here in SW Texas, it is 76 degrees at 4:17PM! It is raining and suits my mood…kinda of down…not depressed, just disappointed cause my doctor’s appointment was cancelled! I am in constant pain in my right knee…I have arthritis and need a shot, but realized that Jesus suffered more than I…menA
