okay, you have now affirmed that Rome can infallibly define the extent of Scripture and the meaning of Scripture, and is it not likewise true that Rome claims the infallible ability to define both the extent of ‘tradition’ as well as the meaning of ‘tradition’?”
This is correct. It is just as reasonable for the Church to determine the “canon of Tradition” as the canon of scripture.

Like what?
“In fact, can you give me a single word Paul taught the Thessalonians in this ‘oral tradition’ you guys are attemptig to identify in that passage?”
Rather, can you prove that any of the NT writers wrote everything that God wants us to know in their brief letters, or even in the Gospels? Nope. Saint John even tells us that scripture is incomplete (John 20:30, 21:25). That’s why Christ’s Church was given a Magisterium and a deposit of faith. The bible is a big part of it, but far from all of it.

You are stuck on seeing written proof before you will believe! It is the entirety of God’s revelation, which was handed on and remains in the Eastern Orthodox and Catholic Church to this day.

To demand written proof of everything is to be satisfied with a thin slice of Christ.
