The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel is a good proof for the existence and the passion, death, and resurrection of Christ. It’s an easy read as well.

What and why do you care what they think? If you are confident in your belief, who cares if they think Catholics are going to burn in hell? Honestly, if someone knocked on my door and told me that, I would laugh and tell them they are wasting their time talking to me.I meant because according to various religions, I’d be condemned to it. I was talking about Muslim, Jehovah witness, certain Protestants think by solely being Catholic I’m damned. So i think threatening me with hell means very little. I could care less. According to many different religions I’d be condemned to it.
I offer you a simple answer. Get a Bible and open to the incident where Jesus is asked by a young rich man, “Master, what must I do to have eternal life?” After a simple question, Jesus says, “Obey the Commandments.” PERIOD. That period may be the most important in the gospels. The young man asks which commandments (remember, in the Torah, there were 613 commandments a faithful, observant Jew must obey, so it isn’t a frivolous question.) Jesus then enumerates the social commandments.I don’t know someone can know for certain their way is right.
Rediscovering Catholicism by Matthew KellyI don’t mind. Any good reads? Please not St. Augustine’s diary. That is the most difficult Catholic literature. Anything simple and easy to understand.
Please don’t start that nonsense.Although reaction to Barack Obama election years ago had me questioning the issue of race within the Catholic Church
