Twice at the foot of the altar and again right before “Ecce Agnus Dei “
Same at my parish.Lent and advent only.
never said, you are so blessed. . .You are so blessed. . .
I myself say the ordinary old Act of Contrition before every Communion. And say the Jesus Prayer after Communion.Others may prefer an act of contrition.
Same here. We say it at almost every single Mass. It’s very rarely not said at my parish.
My parish prays the St. Michael prayer after each daily mass (led by the priest) and BEFORE each Sunday Mass (led by the Cantor). The pastor and parish staff didn’t want the St. Michael prayer to interfere with the exit processional on Sundays.Oh, that makes sense. I love that your parish says the St. Michael prayer after every Mass. Our parish says the St. Michael prayer as well. I can’t say for certain how often we say the Confiteor. It seems pretty sporadic to me.
