How often should you anoint yourself with holy water?

If you have holy water at your house, how often should you anoint yourself with holy water? As needed?

Anointing is done with oil. Holy water is the means of blessing as often as you like.
 
You can get mini fonts to put on doorways of bedrooms so each morning you bless yourself and then each night you bless yourself again.
These are small fonts that screw into door frame.
