As a friend and former Army Chaplaincy co-worker with Fr. Tim Vakoc, i would like to post a message to his website, but can’t seem to find it by Google or other online searches today. If you know, please send it to me!

Thanks and God bless you!

you might contact the archdiocese for military affairs in Wash DC, link available on the bishops’ website usccb.org

His family has a website for him:
caringbridge.org/mn/timvakoc/
which has an online guestbook. The family writes:
We ask you to sign the guest book with words of encouragement and prayers for the needs of Fr. Tim, his parents, brother, sister and their families
The webpage also indicates he is staying at St. Therese of New Hope, Minnesota. The webpage explains:
If you would like to visit, please send an email to padretim92@msn.com. In the Subject line put “Request for Visit.” Indicate your relationship to Tim, e.g. family, friend, priest/pastor/chaplain, and date(s) you would like to visit. Please send your request seven to ten days in advance of your anticipated visiting date. This allows those who compile Fr. Tim’s visitors’ schedule ample time to accommodate your request.
Perhaps that email address or the address of St. Therese of New Hope (8000 - 8008 Bass Lake Rd, New Hope, Minnesota 55428) could also help establish contact.

He’s a Catholic Army Chaplain who was wounded seriously in Iraq, May '04. That is good to see info here cause I just made a note to myself to try to find out on the web how he is doing. Just saw his name in the magazine that the military archdiocese puts out. Contributing to the mil. arch. is a very worthy cause, by the way. Our military Catholics don’t have enough chaplains and services, and desperately need both.
