Also, I’m sure you have, but have you asked God to make himself known to you? That’s an important step.
Only a few hundred (maybe thousand times). Nothing ever happened. Of course the usual answer is, that I stopped asking too soon, or was not honest, of have a “hardened heart”. Remember that I was a believer, who was investigating.

OK. I doubt you have a hardened heart. I don’t know how you could read the gospels and not believe Jesus’ words, but I hope you won’t give up. I’m sure God hasn’t given up on you.

The gospels are human stories, and they do not speak for God. It is nice (or would be nice) if God would not give up on me. I am here. Ready to listen. But I can only understand human words, uttered in the range that my ear can hear, and in the form I am able to comprehend. Much as I might respect you, or other apologists, neither one of you speaks for God, either in words, or in actions. Only God is qualified to speak for himself.

Can’t do better than that.

He is able to speak for himself. I’m sure he will when the time is right.

You can’t prove the supernatural. You can’t even prove things in science. You can only find evidence to support certain claims
