My kids’ daycare union filed a "no board’ report 17 days ago. As of midnight tonight, they are in a legal position to strike. I spoke with the director of the daycare and she told me that it is very unlikely that the daycare workers will actually go on strike, but very probable that a ‘work to rule’ action will be implemented.
How can a daycare implement ‘work to rule’? Would it be things like not changing diapers when they are soiled, etc.?
I have no idea how a daycare can implement ‘work to rule’. How would it affect my kids?
Thanks
