Hue students clear grisly remains from parks

Hue Catholic student activists find up to 50 aborted fetuses a month in local parks which they then bury at local cemeteries, one of the group’s leaders has said.

Despite the awful smell and health risks, the students carry out this mission to foster Christian values, third year music student Joseph Dau Van Kha told ucanews.com.

“We want to raise awareness of respecting life, a gift of love from God, among local people because fetuses are also human beings,” he said.

In a bid to protect people from the risk of HIV infection, the students also collect needles left in the parks by drug abusers.

He said that hundreds of students work with local Church people on a range of other projects including distributing aid to natural disaster victims, making blood donations, working with street children and building houses for people in remote areas.

The students’ activities also draw students from other faiths. . . .

I think this is a form of white martyrdom.
